This is a favorite in our home for the healthy ingredients, taste and low fat.
Moro-nu Silken Tofu (extra firm)
Lemon Juice (we use Italian Volcano from Cosco)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (We use organic if possible)
Salt
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
1. Add one box of extra firm Mori-Nu Silken tofu.
2. Add 3 Tbs of Lemon Juice.
3. Add 1 Tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
4. Add 1 tsp of Salt.
5. Add 1 tsp Onion Powder (to taste)
6. Shake some granulated Garlic Powder into it.
7. Blend it thoroughly.
Enjoy!
Stays fresh for one week if stored in refrigerator.
